I have made all entries 'Friends Only' so I have the freedom to say what I please without the concern of judgmental eyes reading over it. With this being the case I've established a few guidelines for gaining permission to view my Live Journal. If you don't fit into one of the categories listed below, it's very probable that you'll not be granted access to view my Live Journal. My apologies if this bothers you in any way, but my privacy and security has more value to me than trying to make the world happy. Without further ado, the 'friendable' categories:

=^..^= * If you are a friend from my day-to-day life please tell me your name and where/when we met. A picture would be nice to jog my memory. :)

=^..^= * If you are someone I know from online please let me know what screen name I would best know you as and what platform I may have met you on. {i.e. online communities, online games)

=^..^= * If you are one of my readers, I ask that you contact me by Email (LJ@salleyashley.com) so I can get to know you a bit before I add you to my friends list.

=^..^= * If you are a family member you must pay me $1,000 before I'll let you see my Live Journal. :D

Why did I limit my circle of friends so much?

I can be a very out-spoken and blunt person. I know that my opinions are not agreed upon by everyone, so I had to make everything Friends Only to protect from being judged by 'outsiders'.

If you are a friend of mine here then I ask that you follow the golden rule. "Treat others how you wish to be treated." I would never slander a friend and I expect those that I allow to view this journal will do the same and not be disrespectful.

I love to hear honest criticism and it is possible to make a negative point without being rude. Think before you type. (or edit before you hit enter.)
